Class FAQs

Everything you need to feel ready for your first visit or your next membership step.

Do I need yoga experience?

No. We welcome beginners and offer classes that help you learn the basics with confidence.

What should I bring?

Bring water, comfortable movement-friendly clothing, and a yoga mat if you have one. Many students also like to bring a towel.

How early should I arrive?

Plan to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early so you can check in, settle in, and let the instructor know about any injuries or goals.

Are memberships required?

Not at all. You can start with a drop-in class, then move into a membership when you are ready for a regular routine.

Which class is best for beginners?

Our Foundations classes are the best place to start, with clear guidance, supportive pacing, and plenty of instruction.

Can I build strength with yoga?

Yes. Many of our classes focus on balance, core control, endurance, and full-body strength while also improving mobility.
